Peggy P. Tse

Dr. Tse was born in Hong Kong and immigrated to the United States at the age of six months. She was inspired as she watched family friends and relatives give back to the community and this played a key role in her decision to pursue a profession as a pediatrician.

Her patient care philosophy centers around providing support to the families she cares for. Whether it is listening about different approaches, hearing parent concerns, or learning about new ideas, she maintains an open mind and focuses on communication and education for her patients and their families.

Dr. Tse especially enjoys the energy of the kids she works with and serving as an advisor to them in all areas of development. As she says, “I find it extremely rewarding to be a part of their growth. I am drawn to kids and love being a constant resource in their life.”

Having completed her undergraduate studies and medical school at University of California, Irvine, Dr. Tse then completed her internship and residency at University of California, San Diego. She has been practicing for over 20 years and looks forward to the variety that each day brings.

Married to a fellow pediatrician, Dr. Tse has three children and loves to travel. Additionally, she stays active and enjoys spending time outdoors.
