About Dr Michael S. Panutich

Bio

Dr. Panutich received his Bachelors degree in Biology and Philosophy from the University of Michigan in 1995 and his Doctor of Medicine degree from New York Medical College in 2000. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN and then his Cardiology Fellowship at the University of Chicago. Following this he went on to complete a Fellowship in Cardiac Electrophysiology at the University of Chicago and then the University of California, San Diego.

He then joined the Newport Heart Medical Group and the Hoag Hospital medical staff in 2008.
Dr. Panutich is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Diseases and Cardiac Electrophysiology. He specializes in management of cardiac arrhythmias with added proficiency in atrial fibrillation ablation procedures.
