About Dr Ho Phong N. Pham
Bio
Dr. Pham has spent 14 years in the U.S. Army, with the last 10 years as a military physician. He has had the privilege and honor to serve the country by taking care of its military men, women and their families. After living all over the country and world, Dr. Pham is ready to return to his roots in Orange County and serve the local community where he grew up.
He chose to work in family medicine as it provides a wide variety of patients and conditions. He enjoys the relationships he builds with his patients and being there through all stages of life. In his practice, Dr. Pham also conducts procedures such as skin biopsies, joint injections, ingrown toenail removals, subcutaneous and intrauterine birth control managements and vasectomies.
When meeting with his patients, Dr. Pham focuses on conversation and collaboration. He learns from each of his patients and uses his knowledge and experience to craft an individualized care plan. As he says, “I don’t tell my patients what to do. Rather, I educate them and help guide them to find ways to address their needs and better themselves.”
Dr. Pham graduated from University of California, San Diego, and attended medical school at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Maryland. He then completed his Family Medicine residency at Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center in Texas.
When he is away from the office, Dr. Pham loves to spend time with his wife and children – together they enjoy traveling, hiking and just hanging out. He also runs, plays tennis and recently started playing pickleball.
