Elvia Escamilla, B.S., has a Bachelors in Social Work and a minor in Child Development from California State University, Long Beach. Elvia has experience in community based child abuse prevention as well as domestic violence prevention and education. Elvia has been a Hoag employee for over 10 years. She is currently serving the community as the liaison between Hoag and several community programs in Orange County. Elvia is fluent in English, Spanish and proficient in French.
